How do I file a claim?

Online. Claims can be filed online by completing our "File A Claim" form. Please be sure to include all the needed information and any inquires you may have. Once the form is successfully submitted, you will receive an email letting you know that your claim has been received. After we receive your request, a member of our customer care team will contact you to review the details and connect you with a technician from our network or gather information for your preferred technician.

Phone. Claims can be filed by calling us at (877) 977-4949 at any time. Our customer care team is U.S. based and available 24/7 to offer support. The team member will walk you through the claim process and give you any additional information you'll need.

Disclaimer: Before any work is done, you will need to speak with one of our customer care representatives to to obtain the necessary authorization. Home Warranty reserves the right to deny a claim if the work has not been authorized by our team. To prevent this situation, please wait for a call after submitting an online claim before proceeding with any repairs on your appliances.
Where can I purchase my plan?

Online. Our Extended Protection Plan can be purchased online by simply adding it to your cart and checking out! If you are wanting any add-ons those can be added during check out.

Registration Form. Our Extended Protection Plan can be purchased by completing the registration form included on our brochure. Return the completed form, receipt/invoice and payment to the mailing address provided or via email.
